What happens when I run out of credits?
Scheduled scans pause until the first of next month, and everything you have already collected stays available. You can upgrade at any time to get a larger allowance right away, prorated for the rest of the month.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset on the first of every month. The calculator above helps you pick a plan that fits what you actually scan.
Can I choose which engines to scan?
Yes. You pick the engines for each brand. Turning off Claude or Perplexity, which cost more per answer, makes the same plan stretch further.
Is there a free trial?
Every new workspace starts with a free trial: 300 credits, one brand and 10 prompts, so you can run your first scans before choosing a plan.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is one company or product you track, with its own domain, competitors, prompts and countries. Agencies usually set up one brand per client.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
